Kevin Gordon is the Managing Member of Berenfeld Capital Markets. He assists middle market and emerging growth business clients with financial transactions. These transactions include-capital raises, debt and equity and mergers & acquisitions, both buy side and sell side.
Mr. Gordon focuses on the firm's capital raising and mergers and acquisition efforts based on his extensive background in corporate lending, underwriting, treasury management, investments and derivative transactions.
Mr. Gordon is viewed by clients as a trusted business partner. He assists clients in a full range of transactions including:
