SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE
Michael Spritzer is the Partner in charge of the Tax Consulting and Compliance Services practice. He is highly experienced in international and domestic tax matters. Before joining the firm in 1972, he worked with a Big Five accounting firm and later, with a large international financial institution in Geneva, Switzerland.
Mr. Spritzer represents many foreign-based investors and businesses as well as U.S. clients who have established businesses overseas. He assists clients in a broad range of tax compliance services, including:
