SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE
Butch Gelnovatch is the Managing Partner of Berenfeld, Spritzer, Shechter & Sheer.
Prior to his current position, Mr. Gelnovatch was a principal at Rachlin Cohen & Holtz and served as their Chief Operating Officer. He also headed Rachlin's corporate risk management group. He refined his business skills early in his career while working as a management consultant at the leading international accounting firms of PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG Peat Marwick (now KPMG LLP).
Mr. Gelnovatch specializes in the areas of financial operations assessment and redesign. He has conducted internal control reviews for a wide variety of organizations to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of their operations, the reliability of internal/external reporting systems, and corporate compliance with applicable laws and regulations. His areas of expertise include:
